    FNF: At each row and column position in the table there exists one value never a set of values.(Removing the repeating groups such as “Skills” )i.e you can have 2 or more skills and that can’t be a part of single column.

    There’s no top-to-bottom ordering to the rows.
    There’s no left-to-right ordering to the columns.
    There are no duplicate rows.
    Every row and column intersection contains exactly one value from the applicable domain.
    All columns are regular.

    1NF is the most basic of normal forms – each cell in a table must contain only one piece of information, and there can be no duplicate rows.
    There are no duplicated rows in the table.
